What we collect
We store the profile details you choose to share, your friendship preferences, broad location region, private connection choices, messages, safety reports, and basic account activity.
What other members see
Potential Frands see only your privacy-safe profile: your first name, age, photos, interests, answers, and broad city or region. We never show your email, exact coordinates, street address, neighborhood, or exact distance.
Private choices and conversations
Your interest in another person stays private unless interest is mutual. Messages are available only within an active mutual connection. Blocking immediately ends visibility and communication between the accounts.
How information is used
We use your information to provide compatibility suggestions, generate conversation support, send requested service emails, prevent abuse, and review potential safety concerns. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can update your profile, change friendship preferences, block or report another member, and leave the service. Contact the Hey Frands team to request account or data deletion during the beta.
